Meet Nana: The Heart Behind NanaPop Boutique

Hello, lovely to meet you! I'm Nana, the founder of NanaPop Boutique, and I’m excited to share a little bit about my journey with you. My home in Manchester, UK isn’t just a place; it’s a vibrant hub where my beloved plush companions and I share daily adventures – from chatting over tea to watching TV together, and even exploring new countries. My trusty bear has been my travel buddy across many borders, a quiet witness to countless memories.

My world of collectibles truly expanded during a visit back home to Hong Kong, where I first discovered Labubu. It was love at first sight. Soon, I wasn’t just a fan – I became obsessed with dressing them up, creating unique looks, and sharing that joy. What started as a simple hobby quickly blossomed into an idea: why not turn this passion into something more?

Before NanaPop, you might have known me from Vinted (nana2uk), where I sold Labubu outfits and Pop Mart products. Within a year, I was incredibly fortunate to receive over 700 positive reviews with 0 negative feedback – a testament to the care I pour into every order. When my Vinted account was temporarily frozen because some toy apparel designs resembled existing brands, it was a tough moment but also a turning point. That challenge became the catalyst for NanaPop Boutique: a dedicated online space where I can share my curated collection with you, free from platform limitations.

My Philosophy: Passionate Curation, Personal Touch

As a collector and user myself, my inventory is a direct reflection of my personal passion. While I don't make the clothes, I meticulously process and style each piece – decorating, adding accessories, and personally inspecting every item. My own dolls even try on each outfit to ensure the fit, look, and overall quality feel right. If I find a loose thread or a small imperfection, I’ll mend it before it ever reaches you.

For Pop Mart and other collectibles, I source them directly from official websites, verified platforms, or official stores that I visit during my travels abroad and back in Hong Kong. This commitment to authenticity means I’ve never had a customer complain about counterfeit products.

More Than Just a Store: A Connection

With a full-time job that often involves remote work, selling online has become a cherished way for me to connect with wonderful people like you. The warmth and enthusiasm from my customers are truly heartwarming. Many of you send me photos of your Labubu dolls proudly wearing their new outfits, and those moments bring me immense joy.

Last Christmas, a mum shared how her daughter cried tears of happiness upon receiving an outfit from me – a story that still touches my heart deeply. It’s these connections and shared moments of joy that make NanaPop so special and keep me motivated to keep creating and curating.

Looking Ahead: From Retail to Curated Delights

I never originally planned to open a store, but as NanaPop grows, I see it as a sustainable path forward. While Labubu’s popularity is undeniable, I envision gradually expanding into a wider range of adorable stationery and lifestyle items. My dream is to evolve from a passionate retailer into a small-scale wholesaler, bringing even more charming and unique finds to fellow enthusiasts worldwide.

At NanaPop, my promise to you is simple: friendly service, meticulous care, and a touch of fun in every parcel. I’m here to share my love for all things cute and collectible, and my hope is that every purchase brings a genuine smile to your face. Thank you for being a part of my journey – I can’t wait to see where we go together.
